I get a lot of questions from clients about many things, but when it comes to blogging, I find the number of questions business owners have about blogging [...]

I get a lot of questions from clients about many things, but when it comes to blogging, I find the number of questions business owners have about blogging almost overwhelming. A lot of them revolve around what kinds of topics to blog about. A lot of businesses have found that blogging has helped their company’s brand and search-ability. In case I come across a client who does not blog, I ask them if they might consider it and state all the reasons to do so.

I want to say that if you are a business owner, at least try it out. In most cases, you can blog at minimum once a week, and that just gives your site a little boost on fresh content. The other important thing I must share is that if you do not know much about your business, you probably either need to hire someone who can blog for you or learn more about your niche.

Blogging is not just about getting content out there. There are loads of bloggers out there who lack quality. Blogging is about branding yourself to be unique, influential, and most of all, professional in your niche business.

In case you are an ace at blogging but have fallen into a “Blogger’s Block,” here are 10 Ideas For Topics Your Business Can Blog About:

1. Case Studies

Whether you are a business that sells products or some type of service, case studies are really fun for your customers to read and a great way for them to get to know your company’s thought process. It shows what type of work you have done or what products you sell and also what kinds of solutions you provide. This could also be something to tie in with customer service type businesses where you can create a scenario based on an actual study and share how the problem was solved.

2. How Your Business Operates

While you do not have to always divulge how your business might ship a product or perhaps answer customer concerns, it is always nice. People still get suspicious of buying online. They want to know if the company they are buying from seems reputable when they visit. While you can have a company policy, privacy policy, terms of service, and any other types of legalese pages, sometimes reassuring your clients by talking about how you go about conducting your business really helps.

3. Company News

Company news topics are nice to see. If you are a small business with a few employees and have a couple events, it is nice to see human interaction by covering employee events. Of course, you do not want to go overboard and share who got drunk in front of everyone, but you can definitely share some of the highlights of these company get-togethers. Your clients get to see more than just an email from you. They can connect with seeing pictures of those who make your business happen.

Other company news could be changes in board and other policies. Please note, use your discretion when writing company news and if something confidential should not be posted, be smart and refrain from posting info your customers probably do not need to know.

4. News In Your Niche

This one is not one that businesses always think about covering. In fact, it is overlooked quite a lot and should not be. Covering news in your business’s niche can be a way to build some back links and build some nice relationships with others in your field. It is also a way to flex both your knowledge and your client’s knowledge about the way your niche works.

You might try a weekly roundup of links, or possibly writing an article about a topic and linking back to similar articles that have also covered the same thing.

5. Related Products Or Service Recommendations To Your Business

There are always going to be businesses out there that do what you do, or even have a few more things that you do not. You might like to do price comparisons, or if the product is slightly different, do a product comparison.

This is also a good time to break out those affiliate marketing products from your biz friends that you really stand behind.

6. Special Interest Articles

You might go to conferences that are related to your niche and rub elbows with someone who is well known and might give you a few words to carry on to others. You might even be able to get an interview out of them. This could also apply to meeting online too, but the special interest articles give your site an interesting kick because it can only be found at your site.

7. Fun Shares That Are Related To Your Business

Got a good story related to what your company does? Maybe you have an office cat who is just adorable? Or maybe there was an office related comic strip that pretty much seems so much like what you experience with your business? Just like special interest articles, these little fun shares make your company unique.

Of course, you do not want to look like a business that is lazy and not doing your job, but really, some shares only take a few moments to post,.

8. Polls

Feedback is important to any business. It could be a survey on how your customers like a new brand you decided to use and sell. It could be a poll on what your customers think of your service. Polls usually do not take much time and are quick ways to produce feedback your company really needs.

9. Videos On Product or Service Demonstrations

A lot of people can probably admit to being very visual. Video blogging might require a little more effort, but it certainly adds a dynamic touch to any blog. It could be a product or service demonstration. It could be a review. Do not forget to write out at least a paragraph with your video to help optimize it a little more for search engines.

10. Detailed Focus On Your Own Products or Services

This is a HUGE ordeal I see not happening on a lot of business sites. There is no focus on specific products or services. Stop avoiding your products! Talk about them! It is not spam if you are actually talking about your products or services.

How can your customers or even potential customers know what you are trying to sell, especially if you are also marketing on Facebook and Twitter? It is one thing to just share the link to your individual products, and another to actually write about it. This actually helps your website’s search-ability! Not “might”, but it DOES!

Now that I have shared with you 10 ideas for topics your business can blog about, go and blog!

For those who love to brainstorm, what other types of topics can be covered by businesses who do not know what to blog about?

O.k. so-called Netrepreneur breathe slow…focus…what formula was I using to do all that blogging?

After reading my first two guest posts here at Famous Bloggers I am sure you would like some formulas to further extend on those crucial tips which is exactly is what this post is for. But first of all let me give you a bit background on me and how I came to these understandings. In elementary school some of my favorite Tv shows were Knightrider and Airwolf -which was basically the helicopter version of Knight Rider. I liked these shows so much that i started making little booklets containing my own versions of episodes I wished they had produced.

SIDENOTE: Wishing for things never brought satisfaction for me…even as a child I sought ways to make what was in my imagination real.

I role-plated the whole wished episode both mentally and physically. Then I took a regular piece of notebook paper, turned it sideways in a rectangular position and folded it in half; thus, making every notebook page into two booklet pages. On each half I wrote the segments of the episode until it was finished. I wrote the dialogue of the characters, drew pictures on some of the pages illustrating the dialogue, and everything… All this in elementary school! My classmates and teachers were amazed at this.

Around this same time I also wrote a lot of poetry, especially for girls.

SIDENOTE: It didn’t work then and it won’t work now, so don’t ever write a girl a poem thinking she’ll like you more…she will only end up clowning you and telling all her friends how lame you are.

Toward middle school I really got into rapping -a natural extension from poetry. I would see a story in my mind and then just spit it out verbally making every two sentences rhyme in sync with a beat which was usually supplied by a volunteer beat-boxer. Putting it on paper was easy. While in Theatre Arts, we competed with other schools by acting out scripts and I used to win superior trophies -the highest you could get- using acting scripts I wrote myself. A few years later, I had a stint as a minister and of course every sermon I did I wrote myself. Actually this was kinda like rapping except the words didn’t rhyme.

Taking all this into account, one might say I was a natural born writer. Well how come when blogging hit big, all of a sudden I caught writer’s block!?!? All of my previous experiences was filled with me blogging -just without the internet. Whether it was poetry, theater arts script writing, rapping, or sermonizing I was actually blogging my thoughts.

O.k. so-called Netrepreneur breathe slow…focus…what formula was I using to do all that blogging?

I wished for something -usually a change in some area of physical reality that needed improvement

Acted it out clearly in my mind

Wrote down exactly what I saw and heard in my mind in the order that I saw and heard it

Edited it to make sure it flowed accordingly, then

Let people see and hear it to get feedback

Hmmm…is the above NOT the the essence of writing quality content which is absolutely necessary for driving traffic to your internet business

Stay tuned at MarketSecrets.biz for Volume 2′s set of formulas..

An interesting thing happens whenever I read something that catapults my thought processes. As I read I can clearly hear the voice of the author in my head [...]

An interesting thing happens whenever I read something that catapults my thought processes. As I read I can clearly hear the voice of the author in my head even though I have never physically heard their voice before. It has happened many times and has been verified when I finally do actually hear their voice… they sound the same as they did in my head.

Do you hear my voice?

What is this phenomenon and even more important how do I get you -who is reading this right now- to mentally hear my voice? Is it simply the words I choose along with the way I put them together or is there more to it?

Many advisers in this field have already said you must write about something you are passionate about. For instance:

If you are not into that particular subject…

If you do not get excited just thinking about it…

If it is not something you frequently keep up to date with…

If it is not something you can not wait to tell someone about…

Then where will you the words along with the way you will put them come from?

Will it come from advanced Google searching…

Will it come from Private Label Rights articles…

Will it come from advanced plagiarism…

Or will it come from your mother…

None of these will do if does not come totally from YOU…how can a reader hear your voice if the words are not yours?

So here is what you need to do:

Choose a subject you are really into -everyone has something they are really into…

Write it down using the words and phrases you would use to tell your best friend about it and…

Edit it just enough to where it is readable and acceptable to the guidelines of the service you are publishing it to -DO NOT EDIT IT AS THOUGH AN ENGLISH PROFESSOR WILL BE READING IT or you may come across as boring and stuck-up.

Another solution I found was hiding in my cell phone all this time. It has a function that records about a minute of live real-time sounds such as: MY VOICE. So I simply record a brief synopsis of my opinion or comment, save it,then either very late at nights or very early in the mornings I write one post/article per recording.

Do not worry about looking like some type of loony psycho constantly talking to yourself using your cell phone because talking to yourself -regardless of what you have heard- can actually be quite therapeutic and helpful for assimilating your thoughts. It is a whole different meaning to your psyche when you hear your own voice talking back to you…I mean how can you NOT listen to YOU? Furthermore, people talk into their cell phones all the time…that is what its for!

No one has to know you are recording your thoughts and if they do know…so what?

Now I know making money online with a proven website template and built-in content can be a quick and highly profitable way to attain immediate success. But sooner or later you will inevitably run into a situation where cookie cutter sites just will not do it and you will actually have to write your own content. I am sure the steps above will help you get over this stumbling block to find your own unique writing voice.

Did you hear my voice just then? Good.

I am going to be very honest about what I write here, I am going to shoot out what I think is good for any blogger who want to enhance his/her blog, and this is why I am giving love to it. I am talking from my personal experience, I am giving you tips from the Money Making blogosphere that really worked for me or at least I am thinking everyone should know about it, so follow me on these cool Making Money Online rounds, I had lots of fun experimenting it and writing it, so I am sure you are going to spend useful minutes reading it.

Why SEO is so confusing and misleading?

A must read articles that I highly recommend, it’s magnificent posts from Brian, it helped me to understand what I should do when submitting my posts to social networks like BlogEngage, Digg, Mixx and get much more from it. I have learned how to create a unique content from only one article; I learned how to submit my article to social networks that has a better ranking on search engines and increase my organic traffic flow. It’s a very simple rule I am following starting from only yesterday, and I found the results today and I sow it with my own eyes working for me, and this is why I am going to use it for ever!

Visit Brian’s posts, its two parts about how to create unique content and Increases SEO and Organic Website Traffic of your blog. I am not going to ask you to read the two parts because I am 100% sure you will. Try to spend more time thinking on how to submit your articles next time you do. Don’t tell me that you don’t have time for changing the title and the description and keywords when you are submitting an article to some social network, here is the links:

Are you Saving Drafts for a Rainy Day?!

Can I say Don’t write to publish.. Write to save drafts?! .. Actually I don’t have a problem bringing ideas out to the world, but some of us have problems on finding a topic ideas to write about, Justin of DragonBlogger think that it’s very important to save something for the future when that time comes and find yourself out of ideas, and I completely agree with this opinion, and I try to follow this advice, Justin wrote about this issue a guest post on Karen’s blog that you may like to check, I recommend reading this post because it has good tips on how to write a rainy day post. saving drafts for a rainy day could be a great idea for facing blogging hard times, I remember that Karen talked about this issue before as well, and I was trying to follow this useful advice because it could happen to anyone at any time if ideas streaming stop or you find difficulties on finding a topic to write about, so this is a good tip for people who want to Makin Money Online from their blog and don’t want to get staked!

I think its good idea to organize the time you publish new posts on your blog, as probably keeping your blog posts on the main page for a day or two is a good thing for your visitors to know about what you have there, especially if you don’t use a sidebar widget to show your latest posts.

Thanks for reading, that’s all for today, keep in mind that I am writing only about what I believe is good for any blogger to know, so keep in touch by high quality comment and stay tuned! Have a good day everybody.
