There are at least 6 strategies to increase the conversion rate:

1. Request for a name or an e-mail

You have to ask a name or an e-mail to your website or blog visitors. Give them something worth in return. By having their name and e-mail, you can do follow-up until they become your loyal subscribers. In addition, you can convince them who more serious to buy your product continually by having it.

2. Make an Opt In Box

Definitely, you often viewing a box which you can fill with your name and e-mail if you visiting a website. It is called Opt In Box. You have to ensure it’s located beneath the headline or the subheadline, so that people will not forget to fill it.

3. Call to action

Some researches have shown that human brain give some response so much better if commanded to do something obviously. One of fatal mistake of beginner is there is no command for costumers candidates to do something that you desire. Concerning with it, you supposed to have a slight injunction for your visitor to buy the product that you offered soon. Some words such as buy now, visit now and register now are such instance that if you read it, your brain automatically will receive these commands and do it.

4. Use some visualization

For raising the conversion rate and to convince your costumers’ psychologically, use what is called an e-book cover. It’s a visual shape of complete book with the title and the image. As you know-book is a digital product which has no physical form. By displaying a visual shape, your buyers become more convince to buy. A decision to buy is not only measured by the rational way but also the emotional way. Form of the cover of the digital product which is more attractive will advance the sales ratio.

5. Attach your name and photo

By attaching your name and photo on your site, your sales percentage must be rise. Why? Because a cheater generally reluctant to display it. By displaying both of these things, your credibility will be higher. Remember that on the internet the buyer and the seller cannot interact physically and cannot converge directly. The best step to do to overcome it by put your photo, so that your costumers will be more comfortable and closer.

6. Convenience for the buyer

Make your site and your offer as simple as possible to simplify the visitor deciding to buy your product. Do not display several of beautiful animations that make your site loading too long. Most of visitors will wait about 3-4 seconds before they finally closed it. Arrange your site by make it looks like professional and regular shape. Your site similar to a shop; make it as comfortable as possible, so that customers will comfort and then buy your product. You have to ensure the costumers able to find buy now button or register button.

Conversion rate has an important role in affiliate marketing business. By following those strategies, you can raise up to 20%-50% for them who visit your site.

ElegantTheme has came up with a Developer Licenses that allows you to use all their themes on any site of your clients, which actually was kind of pain before, now this problem is solved, and finally the licensingoption is available for developers, and you can get your ElegantThemes Developer License today for $89 one time fee, it’s aviliabe only for those who has a normal subscription, this means if you are new to ElegantThemes and you want to get the developer license, you must subscribe to the normal membership first by paying amount of $39 then another $89 for the developer license, which is a total of $128 for new members!

Just remember that to get the developer license, you have to make one time fee!

Anyways… Elegant Themes still has..

I know that before the new developer licenses, designers and developers has to register new accounts for their clients, it was a lot of headache, now it’s much more easier, although until this moment some important information still missing, it’s in my opinion about how financially it will be managed. Probably Nick wants everything to go smooth, and make it simple for his ElegantThemes members to work more freely, but..

Why I think it’s not the perfect idea!

For some reason, and this is only my persona opinion, I think it’s better if for example if I have a developer license, this means I can use elegant themes on my clients sites, this also means I can use it on any number of my clients sites, and again it means that I can use it on my friend’s sites! and so on!

I mean it looks like ElegantThemes will have no control on this in the future! especially when there is already a lot of people are using these themes illegally and without paying for it!! now we will never know who is who!

So, I think the solution could be charging a small amount, what ever small amount for developer license to be able to use it on their clients sites!

What  about the Affiliate program?

Regarding to the price change, the ElegantThemes affiliate program still paying out 50% which is great deal, but what’s the situation of someone from your referral upgraded and purchased a developer license? How this will reflect the affiliates balance?! This point is not clear yet, and as I said Nick have done a very fast and short statement, and it’s actually not enough for a popular WordPress theme that has a lot of fans, I know that sharing this news fast is cool, but we just need to know more about it, we need more explanation from ElegantThemes.

I am in the middle of pricing a new membership site that has both basic membership and developers membership, and I am taking my time because I really don’t like surprises!

Any thoughts about the best way to do with this kind or developer licenses?!

Are we giving enough love to CommentLuv?!

Maybe you will say we are doing great, we are using this plugin on our blogs, but do you think this is enough?! what I think is we are not giving enough love to the plugin that gives our blogs all the possible love, we are not giving back to this Andy what he relay deserves from us. so Let;s see what Andy was doing for the last a few months and maybe some of us don’t know about this hard work!

How I made Money from ComLuv affiliate program?

This is the exciting part, I am going to tell you the story in short, I am a simple guy who owns a blog and using CommentLuv enabled. one day I heard about ComLuv, and I went to check it out, and I found a new installation of WordPress MU, that was Andy’s idea, so I was the first person who write about it (you can check it just by searching the terms Comluv and you will find my personal blog on the first page of Google Search results). So I took the advantage of creating a couple of sub domains on ComLuv Andy said I should create my sub domain names now before someone else do, so I create a couple of sub domains on ComLuv.

One of these sub domain names is Traffic .ComLuv.com which is the reason behind this post, I am not sure what I am going to do with it, but I own a blog on that sub domain, and this is a fact!

A few days later I found a post on ComLuv talking about How to make money from my ComLuv blog, so I read it and I did exactly what is says, the only mistake I did was not updating this blog often, it only has one poor post with a few words telling people about ComLuv and what they can do by having a free blog on it, and refer others to buy a premium templates or plugins and advertising on ComLuv, it’s under the title”How to Turn Comments into Blog Traffic”, I knew that I will  get a commission into your account every single time that member pays, for the life of the member.

Basically there is two ways to make money from ComLuv that I know at the mean time, the first one is Google AdSense share revenue, and the other Killer one is the CumLuv Affiliate program, Andy talked about an affiliate referral code and other new updates to ComLuv that amazed me, and I participate on it.

I have received my first earnings from ComLuv by PayPal!

the powerful affiliate referral code was somewhere on a blog of mine, and Andy says it’s now more powerful, I can now refer new members to ComLuv and when they sign up, they’ll be assigned as my members. I’m able now to see who I’ve referred in my blog dashboard which is amazing.

Two days back I got a notification from PayPal telling me that I received some money from ComLuv, that was October payment, I have succeeded to refer members who purchased services on ComLuv, or pay to remove the advertisements from their blogs by being a supporter of ComLuv Network and this is why I got a commission into my account.

This story is to let you know that sometimes we do a very small things that bring us big benefits, and we don’t know that this is going to happen this way, I mean who can imagine that with this small effort of mine to create a fast and free blog I will be earning from it?! It’s maybe a matter of being the first!
