scribe seo wordpress

Everybody says SEO is easy and it’s not difficult, I don’t know about you, but for me understanding SEO search engine optimization was a little hard and I was confused on the beginning, and it was still the same after reading tones of SEO tips articles, I don’t know why but it seem that my mind was lazy a little bit and needed to be refreshed some how for better SEO concept understanding.

Do you really understand SEO

After reading about search engine optimization a lot, I was still not getting the whole idea, and I was not able to understand what I should do to customize my blog posts for SEO!

Even they say that Wordpress + Thesis do the 95% SEO work for you, but I still having a doubt about the 5% that I am not able to understand, and I am missing!

Last week, I was working on my blogs very late at night, and when I say late this probably means 4 or 5 am, I got an email telling me about Scribe Content Optimizer software from Thesis guys, and this is what they say:

Wordpress + Thesis + Scribe = 100% SEO Blog

seo_blog

Scribe, SEO, and our Guest Blogging Contest

After receiving that email from Thesis Theme guys, and because I was planning to run our Guest Blogging Contest, and also because there was an offer to get Scribe SEO Advanced membership for only $27 and I can do 300 evaluations/ month and this price will be my friend if I renew latter, so it was just on the right time for me to get it and give it a try to make everything perfect on our contest. The good thing is I was completely right about it, I now can give optimize all contest entries using scribe plugin, so let me tell you about what happened with me latter, but first I want to quote something about the meaning of the word Scribe!

What is the meaning of Scribe?

From the Wikipedia: A scribe is a person who writes books or documents by hand as a profession and helps the city keep track of its records. The profession, previously found in all literate cultures in some form, lost most of its importance and status with the advent of printing. The work could involve copying books, including sacred texts, or secretarial and administrative duties such as taking of dictation and the keeping of business, judicial and historical records for kings, nobility, temples and cities.

Cool to know that! And now let’s go back to work..

My Article SEO before :(

scribe_seo_48

Before I started to use Scribe to customize my blog posts for search engines, I decided to do my same regular SEO work exactly like the way I used to do it before getting publishing my posts, so I started to add my text, links, keywords, description, tags… etc. exactly the same way I used to do it, and the result as you can see above, my article was a miss!

SEO additional tweaks and one more evaluation

scribe_seo_72

OK, that it much better, I followed the roles but it seem need some more work, let’s do it and finish with this SEO thing

My Article is 100% SEO Happy :)

scribe_seo_100

After using the plugin for optimize the same post and following the notes and advices, I made my article 100% SEO optimized in no time at all, everything looks great now :)

So now I decided to continue with their service and I was trying to find an affiliate program for it, but…

The only thing I didn’t like about Scribe

The only thing I didn’t like is that it has no affiliate program, I hate it when I see the “Affiliate coming soon” thing, Anyways.. I decided to contact them and ask for available affiliate as I can see it’s importance for affiliates marketers, and I was amazed that they contacted me in no time and send me a special link to sign up as an affiliate for scribe, and this is was awesome.

Scribe affiliate program

So, I got my affiliate today, but I am not going to ask you to buy a membership or pay for it, all what I am asking is that you take a closer look to find out how Scribe works for you, and then it’s up to you to decided whether to use it or not.

If you are using Scribe SEO software or you are thinking to use it, why not share your thoughts about it?

I’m a big fan of the WordPress platform. Scribe seo is one of the best plugin in WordPress that works with WordPress to analyze your posts, give you information about them, and make suggestions about improving your post from an SEO Perspective. Once you’ve finished writing your post, the plugin checks to make sure you’ve written an optimized version of your title in the custom title field.

If you have old post in your blog and you expected a little more out of? Use this tool to go back, re-evaluate, and tweak things a bit to improve them.

I had heard about scribe but honestly bypassed it as another automated type software. Submit, and release to hundreds of directories for thousands of backlinks type plugin. But as you can see the person writing the review didn’t keep my attention long enough to find out.

Here is my question…How is Scribe and Thesis comparing to headway. I know Headway is not a foundation to teach like Scribe appears to be, but does anyone else have any differences, as I was in the process of going with Headway Themese and the plugins but after reading this review I like the idea of Scribe, to also use as a teaching tool

I never used HeadWayThemes before, although I have came across lots of positive feedback about it, and actually you can use scribe with any Theme on any WP blog if you are installing “All in one SEO” plugin!

So, what I can say is that my experience with Thesis theme as a theme that teach you was excellent! just plz put in mind that nothing is really perfect %100 in the world we live in, but it’s cool thing to try these stuff personally because results are different from a blog to another!

I have a contact question into them now. I purchased it not realizing it supposedly only works with the All-In-One SEO plugin, which is a little surprising. Not for nothing, but AIO is yesterday, the Platinum SEO plugin is what should be used.

I hope they update me soon, or a refund may be going into play.

You should read first before taking the final step! It works only with All-In-One SEO plugin and Thesis belt in SEO fields!

But they are working on a coming stand a lone plugin, I am not sure when.

Anyways.. I hope they respond to you soon, they actually very active guys.

Sorry for that but, this is what happened when you get something with out using my affiliates ;) next time before you pay for something ask me!

LOL Nice pitch. They did respond, and fast too which always bodes well with me…..

Dennis, we currently do not support Platinum SEO and are making attempts to
contact them to include them within the program. I will have a better ETA
this week on its inclusion and wanted to know if you would still like a
refund.

Colleen, true enough. i asked though because in the beginning it said “only works with all in one seo plugin”

I wasn’t sure if it meant that was the only seo plugin it worked with, or you had to have the pugin for it to work.

For what it is worth, we do not have All In One SEO and the Scribe SEO works fine. Perhaps the latest version is not requiring All In One SEO?

Dennis, Not sure if another SEO service is necessary if you are using ScribeSEO. ScribeSEO is pretty thorough, coupled with the free services available and you should be good to go.

Haven’t heard of this plugin until now, but it seems pretty usefully, especially for beginners or those who don’t have a firm grasp on SEO. I’m a little hesitant since there isn’t a free demo, though…

Hesham, do you have any examples of how this plugin has helped one of your posts? For instance, “This post was ranked 4,568 for the term ‘Turkey Face’, but since running it through Scribe it’s now ranked 23″ kind of thing? I’d be really interested in reading a review like that before buying it…

Actually ScribeSEO plugin is new!

I am still thinking it’s useful for beginners and also it’s good to try it by professionals as it works like a reminder that gives you warnings when ever you forgot something important for your posts SEO!

I don’t think there will be a free demo, because if there is one then probably everybody will lean SEO by the free demo! so I think the basic membership is your chance to try Scribe, and pay $27 for 30 evaluations is what you have to do to try it!

I would love to review it again soon, but I didn’t use it on my old posts yet because I am so busy with the contest. on the first chance I will do it!

Almost all the posts I wrote following Scribe notes can be found on the first page of the search engine results if not on the top!

Thanks a lot!

Hi Hesham. I can see the value of Scribe, specially for those who are not familiar with writing with optimized text. I get worried sometimes with this kind of software because if you are not cautious it can be a source for “keyword” stuffing. Anyway’s, and in my opinion, it is a good and interesting plugin but for $27 a month, I think that the Thesis Guys went slightly overboard. If the price was lower, I would definitely embark on it. We’ll see, maybe they will revise their prices.

Actually there is no “keyword” stuffing at all! the plugin report you about the best way to set your primary keyword/keywords so if you are stuffing your keywords on your post Scribeseo will warn you, and this is where I edit my post again and remove some of these keywords that exceed the the limits, it also suggest meta tags for you,

Also the whole thing is about giving you notes and report about your post seo, it’s up to you to edit it the way you like, so it’s manual process!

I was not feeling the price is high because I put my hands on it on the last minutes of the offer, I can now pay $27 per month for ever and get 300 evaluations, just thinking about this price if you have 5 blogs for example then the price is fine!

Not a fan of these types of programs. I think for those who do not understand SEO, they may want to get this. For those who are quite familiar, $27 a month would not be worth it.

I have been doing article writing for a long time, along with copywriting and it is not always easy, but I really hate to rely on plugins all the time. I just write naturally and put in the keywords as I go. BUT, as I said… this is a great convenience for those not as knowledgeable.

Perhaps I might ask for a guest post on Scribe for WordPress users for my site WPAddict.net as a review of your experience using the plugin. It might help those who want to know more about improving their site’s SEO. :)

lol .. so smart :) let me think about the review!

OK!

I was thinking exactly the same way, I am not a fan of anything from that, and I admit that I also don’t understand SEO the right way! I just can not put my hands on it still, although I thought I was!

It could be a very small tip you are missing! who knows?!

I have done SEO optimization for all posts on the contest and other posts of mine since I started to use Scribe, and even your post, I had to do some changes to it, specially for the description and title tags, this is the most important part that I have problems on customizing it well with almost all posts submitted!

The thing is from my place, I can see how guest bloggers suggest description and title tags! and this is why I have the feeling I am doing the right SEO some how by following instructions of Scribe!

And .. hey! I am not trying to say the Scribe is the god of SEO! so plz don’t get me wrong, it could be worthless for someone! but relaying on a plugin like this one can remind you when you forgot!

There is no plugin that I know like Scribe, s probably you will never find a seo plugin that do the same job anywhere, I came across almost all seo plugins!

Remember that there is a software behind Scribe plugin, so basically the software do the work, and the plugin is only your interface!

I think there is not free demo for it, and this means .. yes! you have to be a client so you can use it!

mmm, I suggest you go for the Starter package, it will allow you to do 30 evaluation per month, and then you decided whether to continue or you have got the point of SEO!

If you didn’t know much about SEO before, it will definitely teach you as you go. If you did know a lot about SEO, it will allow you to still be effective without putting so much time and energy into every single post! I love it!

By the way, I am amazed that this post got indexed so fast and it’s on top of Google search engine results page!

- Number one for keyword: “scribe seo affiliate”
- Number one for “scribe seo content”
- Number 2 for keyword: “scribe seo plugin”
- Number 3 for keyword: “scribe content”
- At the end of the first page by using “scribe seo”
- ……… ;)

I just realized that because I see someone is searching for it and reached my post :)

Affiliate coming soon, just means they want to get the first lot of sales before they have to start paying commissions. They know people will promote it at least once without an affiliate program so why pay commissions. I find it a little bit sneaky myself.
