Great post man!
Page rank is definitely good for a lot. Page rank “doesn’t give you any SEO benefit” in a lot of people’s minds, but if you have a high page rank, it’s probably has a lot to do with your SEO status in the first place. Either way, great post man!!!

Not sure what you mean when you say –
Pagerank indicates that you have a site or page that is well optimized
Pagerank is indeed an indicator but only for the pagerank juice sent to your page from other pages. It does not reflect anything about your on-page optimization.

Its too bad Gogole didnt take those things into consideration when evaluating PageRank. Google will just tell you what it wants you to do and most bloggers will without question.
