I want to start this post with a big “WOW!” I am so amazed because of all the development that is going on these days; there are a ridiculous number of great internet marketing tools, themes and plugins for WordPress. And the amazing thing is most of them seem to work perfectly!
Most of these WordPress plugins and themes have integration with major email list services providers and auto responders, so you won’t waste your time trying to discover how to do it by yourself!
I am using a few of these products on my blogs and sites, and recently I was thinking about the whole thing, It’s really amazing to find out that all of this development is out there, and thousands of internet marketing are using it to reach their marketing goals fast and actually make more money!
The real problem is to decide which one to use!
It’s really confusing. I bet many people feel the same way about all these tools on the market, and they don’t know which plugin or theme to use. It’s really getting harder every day! (Don’t you agree with me?!)
Which email building tool to use then?
It’s impossible to answer this question without testing these products on a live website. We will need to test them all on the same website to get the most accurate results; so the question now is who is going to actually do it? (Not sure it’s me!)
Again, which email building tool is the best for me?
I like to try new things whenever I have a chance, and then I try to share my thoughts and views about them. I recommend what I think is worth it, so I am giving you a few suggestions of the best email list building tools on the market.
The key here is to know your goals, and read everything on the product’s page. Take your time and try to determine exactly what would fit your marketing strategy and model. Pick the one single product that matches your needs.

The BlogSkin for Thesis Theme

I haven’t tried it yet because I am really busy working on other important stuff. I feel that I am missing on an interesting experience!

Which one of these would be a good choice to use with your Thesis Blog Skin? Since Your skin already has the built in forms, I guess I would mainly be making use of the pop-up tools.

I do not use any of those plug ins but I know many bloggers using Max blog subscription and now List Eruption is becoming popular too. So, once I want to list build to sell, I will keep those in mind.
I only write, and list build with one squeeze page in a simple way.

Too many options to choose from. But from my observation, Pop-up domination seems to be the best one. I’m split testing couple of other plugins as well. Also, there are a few free WP Plugins available in the plugins directory which are pretty good aswell.

wow, that wp-subscribers plugin looks really good! it has all the features packed into one plugin and the facebook integration stands it apart from all the rest. I checked out their website and it looks to have all help you would need if you install it yourself. There must have been an awful lot of work put into that!

Thanks for all the recommendations. Some I don’t know so will have to look into. I don’t like the popups so won’t be using that. I know it gets people more subscriptions but also I have friends who bounce off sites with these on them. Personal choice I guess and it sounds like it is certainly working for you.

Just to make your point, I was having a few problems with the blog in the last couple of weeks, and I had a drop in my subscribers average number, I figure out latter that Popup Domination was not working!! So I turned on again and…. Wow.. This thing really works!
I agree with you it’s a personal choice as it depends on your marketing strategy and what your site needs! However, I see many people use more than one plugins on the same site, not sure if they really need it!

Hesham, your Thesis skins keep looking better and better everyday. This is the first time I see the WPSubscribers plugin, honestly I am liking the looks of this one a whole lot more then the PopUp plugin.
Personally I would highly recommend the “WordPress Email Newsletter Plugin” (on codecayon) which adds subscribers right to your WP database and you can create and send your newsletters right via your admin panel.
