I really like the Thesis theme. I’d switch, but I’m loyal to cutline. lol The Thesis theme really is a nice looking theme though.

Since you brought it up, yeah I do fell that it is somewhat crowded. maybe you can divide some of the buttons to show only when we are in a post and not on the home page. It feels that there are too many options to click and one might get slightly confused. Either than that it looks good

I love my current theme but I’ve been really struggled whether to get Thesis or not
That feeling comes once every few weeks arghh… but yeah, we just have to make sure that it doesn’t look the same as thousands of other Thesis blogs out there!

We recently bought Thesis after hearing so much about it. The timing was right: needed to change themes, had some money and found an affiliate offering a discount .My team mate, Mr I, researched both free and premium themes that looked great but fell short when previewing/customizing (Theme test drive plugin). So the Thesis price seemed worth the tauted advantages. We were lucky that 1.6 was release just after we bought the license. Although it was a headache to updgrade mid-stream we’re glad we did. There is a good support system with lots of tutorials. However you do need time and coding knowledge or the money to hire a designer to make your theme more than the plain vanilla.

I agree that the price really worth, and yeah it toke me some time to customize Thesis, but the good thing is there is so many blog posts out there telling you exactly what you need to do, so that was great help! I am thinking to put our theme custom files for anyone who would like to check them and use them with Thesis, I just need to clean it a little bit!

This is why. I’m not good at CSS so I’d rather “copy-paste” what others have done and tweak it for my liking
It’s good to know that there are lots of tweaks available already (+ the community to help you out specifically)

Not sure what’s keeping me from buying the Theme and getting this thing over with. I have heard many great information about Thesis, specially when it comes to SEO. I will definitely buy it once I decide to move my main blog to WP. Great new features BTW.

I think you should have it, you will feel great using it, I really learned some good stuff using it. I even want to play a little bit with FamousBloggers theme to enhance it, I feel it’s kind of crowded, don’t you think so?!

I have tried this theme before and it is brilliant but because i am no longer using wordpress on my main blog that is history however it is highly recommended thumbs up

Hello John, I used to use free themes as well, there are so many good ones out there, but when I tried the paid themes I found it completely different, it’s about getting upgrades and support!
