Last week, Google announced the Google+ Pages, which provide a new way for businesses, brands, products, organizations and other entities to build a public identity on Google+ network. HootSuite and a few other companies joined the boat to offer a subset of their clients the ability to manage Google circles via their applications.
This has been announced by Google as a social partnership with third party companies!
We’re announcing that Google+ is enabling six companies to test Google+ functionality in their management tools — Buddy Media, Context Optional, Hearsay Social, HootSuite, Involver, and Vitrue.

HootSuite Announces Google+ Pages Integration in Dashboard
With Google+ Pages integration, marketing managers and socially strategic organizations are offered new ways of managing connections with customers within the HootSuite dashboard for support teams, HR recruiting, generating brand awareness and managing social campaigns.
I personally use HootSuite, and you actually should too!
I recommend it for individuals and businesses as I am having a great experience with their applications.

I love Hootsuite, I use it also to manage posting to LinkedIn and LinkedIn groups which you can import into Hootsuite. I can’t see Google+ as an option so they must still be working on the integration.

Sounds good that third party tools can be used to manage it, but I’m still not convinced google plus will totally take off. Im thinking it could go the way of google buzz but we shall see!
PS I didn’t know Hootsuite was that expsensive! Thats crazy, only agencies or big brands are paying those prices.

I think Google designed the network this way from the beginning, developing APIs and allowing third party tools is a trend these days!
Yeah Helen, really expensive good stuff

This is awesome news! But, you have to have the enterprise edition of Hoot Suite to currently use it. Though I did see that you could email them and ask to be a test user.

That’s true Troy, thanks for sharing!
I personally don’t have the enterprise edition yet, $1499.99 / month is a way more than I can afford!
