Well, I disagree with Bad Blogger’s point of view.
My Alexa rank is around 100k to 130K during last 3-4 months since, I joined Adsense and I am earning around 150$ each month.
It’s a PPC program so the has nothing related with traffic.
Further conversion rate is also somehow important in Adsense.
Regular visitors rarely click your ads and so if you really want to earn through adsense then you should increase your organic traffic through Google/search.

I would like to ask one question. I am seen many bloggers telling that they are earning from affiliate programs too.. But I have not seen such ads.. So, How we can use affiliate links from CJ or clickbank effectively? and Which is good between CJ and Clickbank?

Have tried AdSense before but I wasn’t really successful. I think, selecting the right niche and how to drive traffic to your site and make them click to your ads were really harder than what I expected. And it takes time and tons of diligence are needed before you can earn decent amount of money. That made me think twice if it’s really worth my time.

Hey Julius, sorry for the late reply!
Yes, I am making money through Adsense, although I must say that the past few months it is declining. I have the impression that people are becoming “adsense-blind”, be it psychological, or technical. I think many people are using adblockers these days. However, I used to make around 700-800$ a month.

I agree I think not only is the article you mentioned interesting but all of the posts I have mentioned. And yes we don’t open the links in a new window. Yes you could lose a reader but I don’t think we will
Personally I think it doesn’t make such a huge difference whether you open the link in a new window or not. If the visitors want to go back to FamousBloggers they can always hit the back button Thanks Colleen.
