Thanks for providing this article but there are forums who restrict people to not to use your site links in your signature than at that time what to do? because forum owners also know that people are here for Back-linking and traffic generation.

It’s very difficult to balance time / results.

I think forums can take more time than other kind of link building, but it’s sure it’s an alternative.

Although I’m not that active blogger these days, I must say that just about anything you do to promote you/your blog is valuable for your traffic including forum posts, commenting etc. etc. You just have to do it a lot. There are very few shortcuts to gaining traffic.

Hello Karan,

Forum posting not just use to get back-links. You are saying these all thing in term of SEO. Forums are not made for SEO work. These are used for discussion, to find best solution of any problem, to know views of peoples on a topic and more. We give links in signature to get right solution of discussion that happen in forum site.

SEO guys use forum to get backlinks and write most of time spam content. I hope you will agree with me.
