Hi Hesham, It is nice to see a contest for CommentLuv premium. I managed to get hold of the standard version few months and also subscribed to news and updates. The best thing I like about commentluv is that it improves the traffic. The more interactions on the blog and in return people get the benefit for commenting. Moreover, I have also noticed you can turn spammers into valuable contributors because they will post legit comments to get some benefit. Cannot wait to upgrade to premium version.
I just visited the commentluv website and surprised currently the 7 days special offer is great deal. I will try to get my hands on this one.

I just added the free CommentLuv plugin to my new setup of one of my main blogs.
I’ve looked at it earlier and then decided it was not for me.
However, I’ve decided to give it an other try, to see if it really will bring in much more commentators than on blogs without it.
I’ve followed the plus version closely, and it sure does add a lot of great value compared to the free version.
But but but…. I really have to question if the benefit of this plugin is really worth $40?
I would not even have given a second thought if the price had been $10. I would had bought it at $20 and perhaps even (after some seriously thinking) bought it at $30
But $40? Sorry, but I do not have that kind of money for this kind of plugin!
I would be more than happy to win a copy in your give-away, but I find the cost to be way out of line.

This is not really an issue with the plugin, it’s something wrong on your blog, we’ve discovered this issue before, and actually one of my blogs has this problem, so I assume you will face this problem on all commentluv enabled blogs till you fix the issue with your blog (which is good for you), so here is something that you might look at…
Note: This information is from the commentluv support forum:
That error is caused because something is sending data before commentluv can send your feed. In some cases, it is because the blog has been hacked and in others it is because a cache plugin is sending data first.

I’ve checked your blog and it looks good to me, (not hacked or anything from that), and probably you are not using a cache plugin (not sure about that).
However, there is an empty space at the very end of your code, (view source to see it) check your blog and see why you have this space!

Can I just say perfect timing. I was just about to purchase the plugin, but then saw your email. Thought I’d give it a go…. you never know.
Anyway to answer your question, what I really liked from what I saw was the advanced features of leaving a backlink on other blogs. As well as being able to select pages to show up with your comments. I can see how this can really come in handy for your sales and squeeze pages that you are trying to promote.
Also, giving people an incentive to comment more by offering backlinks with a certain number of comments is pretty cool!
I think Andy really out-did himself with this one. I’m eager to get my hands on it soon and give it a go.

With CL premium, clicking the +1 button gives me something valuable – namely, the functionality to select a blog post other than my latest one for my backlink. Is this functionality also made available to all my social connections? If not, how is CL in compliance with the terms?

Though their are various commenting systems available such as livefyre,intense debate. I prefer Commentluv on my blog. As It has given lot of luv to the blogging community.
If I had money to purchase I would have certainly purchased it hence I am still using a free commentluv on my blog. As I can’t afford the premium version. I am a 2nd year Engineering student so I haven’t yet done any job to earn.Hence this giveaway is really important to me. I hope to win.

Sure, why not! I will take the time and post a proper comment on this topic. First of all thank you Hesham for the invite and opportunity to get a developers License of Comment Love Premium.
I myself see great worth and merit in the Comment Luv Premium plugin and think it would make a wonderful addition to my blog. Personally, I think the real strengths of this plugin reside within the social media integration and interaction capabilities, I can definitely see why integrating Comment Luv Premium into my Blog would open up a whole new realm of possibilities and opportunities for my site not to mention being able to have the ability to flag and remove various seedy elements such as spammers which is a huge plus to what seems like a never ending battle these days!
Hopefully, I will win the Developers License. Despite the fact that I have been invited by Andy as well as Heshan to get the Plugin for $40.00 (Thanks for that Guys!) I just cannot at this point defer that money to get the plugin at this point in time regardless of how awesome of a deal it may be although I do want to I just cant at this point.

Hi,
As a beginner to blogging I found that I had little knowledge or understanding how to attract and retain followers.
I am still struggling, even after installing CommentLuv, but what it has done for me is to open my eyes to the potential Social Networking and Mutual Support that is possible just by leaving a nice comment on someone else’s blog.
The plugin makes perfect sense, and I feel that Premium will add even more value.

It is the hottest plugin and it does so much for your blog in terms of getting more Quality commentors, crushing spam, helping with Search Engine Visibility! I like it.
I’m interested to know how you feels this compared to using the facebook comment system that is now build into so many web sites. It seems to stop most spam. Do you feel this is a better choice than FB comments?

Second, and let me answer you because I have to
I don’t see the relationship, but CommentLuv is a plugin that uses the WP comment system to get social shares and give back to commentors (for example: backlinks), and yes it stop the spam because it has this functionality!
Facebook comment doesn’t give the commentor anything back, it doesn’t stop spam, and it need some knowledge to figure out how to make notifications possible!
For me, I’ve used Facebook comment here on the blog, then I took it off because it didn’t work for me as expected, but this is only me, maybe it will work for someone else!
