Hi Keith, maybe Google knows where the comment section starts, and actually Google respect Wordpress defaults commenting system. You can see here the value of comments for SEO by example if you are using Wodpress Comment system!

If your commenluv link is dofollow, it may attract more spam. However, as long as you use anti-spam such as akismet, you should do not worry about it.

Hi Dana, I’m a huge fan of commentluv! I have been suing it now for about two years. I don’t know if it’s helping me get comments but who knows. I also enjoy the top commentators plug in. I find that one to work out very well.
