Like this article! I hate when I saw advertisement about easy money from blogging and article telling me how to get thousand dollars a day, that is definitely liar. That’s why I never taking serious about article telling about success on money blogging and they sale their product or service.
That’s why I love an article like this, telling me the true story, NO EASY MONEY form blogging. Everything has it processed and we all must follow the nature No one can be rich in one night from blogging.
Another thing, you must have offline income and then you can make money online with fun!

A lot of times my “blogging” is seasonal, I blog more in the winters than I do in the summer because my fence products site takes over from spring to fall, and that is my main source of income so….

Keith, great article. When I first started out, I knew there would be some work to having a blog. But after two and half months, its hard work. But a month in, I found I spend almost 2 -6 hours a day working on blog content, marketing, and commenting on blogs. I have to work around my work, school, family, social time. Of course, blogging comes in last. On the weekends, I almost never get to work on my blogs unless I have to go into the office on the weekends or I am sick. I still treat as a buisness, only a part time job. Nah, not about to work my ass off (unless you promise me it’s actually going to get some of my ass off me :p).
I have a life, I have two kids, a wonderful husband, friends… I am happy to be able to do something I love for a living while balancing it out with other things.
